After her corporate career in the wireless telecommunications field, Sandra had become a Realtor®. She immediately started to do research and found a home staging course through Stagedhomes.com. While she learned all the tips and tricks to help her sellers to get their listings sold she realized that there was a much larger opportunity and that was to service all home sellers and Realtors®.

 

She has never looked back and loves being in the Real Estate industry by making properties look fantastic! Sandra and her team of Staging Professionals will  make any vacant property look like a model home so buyers can imagine themselves moving in instead of moving on! Sandra Holmes, an Accredited Staging Professional Master, is regarded as one of the BEST in the home staging industry, elected by her peers and has won the Barb Schwarz Stager of the Year Award in 2013 and the Southeast Stager of the Year in 2014. Sandra has served as the President of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals worldwide and is currently the  Executive Vice President of Stagedhomes.com and the International Association.

  Sandra has earned several designations over the years as an ASPM® such as the ASP-SRS (Accredited Staging Professional – Senior Relocation Specialist)  ASP REO® (Accredited Staging Professional – Real Estate Owned) ASP BTS ( Accredited Staging Professional Buyer Trend Specialist) to name a few. Sandra is a featured speaker at the annual association conferences and this year will be helping the attendees to earn their Luxury Staging designation.
